Sherfield on Loddon

Park on verge near Beehive Cottage RG27 0HJ, south of Wildmoor Lane, off A33 near Sherfield on Loddon. A general interest walk beside the River Loddon, with damp meadows, streamside vegetation and deciduous woodland. The walk is about 3.5 miles with gentle slopes. Potential for late butterflies and dragonflies. Birds can include Kingfisher, Grey Wagtail, Stonechat, Marsh Tit and Kestrel.
