We could see 20 species of butterfly, including Silver-spotted Skipper and Chalkhill Blue, plus stunning chalk grassland flowers. Some steep ascents and descents. Meet at the Natural England office, grid reference SU728976, post code OX49 5SG, where the Ridgeway crosses the A40 to the North of the reserve (and we have access to toilets!). There is some parking on the Ridgeway south of the A40 but it is limited so please car share if possible.
