Follow Dancers End Lane and Bottom Road from the bottom of Tring Hill on the old A41. Look for the ornate red-brick Victorian pumping station on your left, just before the lane climbs steeply through beech woods. Turn into the drive, then sharp left into the car park at HP23 6LB. With broad-leaved woodland, sheltered chalk grassland and ex-arable fields being restored to chalk grassland, this is a very rich and varied reserve.
