This SSSI is a large conifer plantation with interesting heath areas, ditches and ponds. Notable plants that should be in flower include: Southern Marsh Orchid, Bee Orchid, Lesser Skullcap, Lousewort and Yellow Bartsia. We should see a variety of dragonflies.
