Banks and hollows left by medieval chalk workings have a mosaic of superb chalk grassland and scrub. After an introduction by the Reserves Officer, we should see Musk and other orchids and many butterflies on a morning walk of about 2 miles with a few steep inclines. Bring a picnic lunch if you would like to spend longer at the reserve or visit another local site in the afternoon. Members only.
