SUMMARY:The Difficult Plant Problem (Zoom)
DESCRIPTION:Speaker: Dr Tim Rich (BSBI) \nThere are many groups of plants which are difficult to identify\, but relatively few botanists are interested in tackling them. This talk draws attention to some of the difficult groups\, covers why they are difficult\, and suggests ways that they can be identified. So\, take up difficult plants – you can make a difference! \nThe Zoom link will be in our monthly newsletter or contact rdnhszoom@yahoo.com.

SUMMARY:Pamber Forest - Wild Daffodils
DESCRIPTION:Meet at the car park at Impstone Road\, Pamber Heath (SU616621) for a 3.5 mile walk to look at the Wild Daffodils. Pamber Forest is currently very wet and muddy in places. Although most of the walk is on gravel tracks or dry heathland\, there are a few unavoidable stretches of deep mud. Wellingtons are strongly recommended. The first of the Daffodils are already flowering\, but most of the plants have yet to come into flower. If you would like to have lunch afterwards at the Calleva Arms in Silchester contact Jan before Sunday 10th March. \nLeader: Jan Haseler
