The Wednesday morning walks, which are a steady 4 to 5 miles in length, are of general interest, with the option of a pub drink and meal afterwards. Field meetings are more focused on an area or specific flora or fauna.
Grid Reference and start times are as stated. Please bring your own refreshments for all-day outings. For further information, or if you need a lift, please use the contact form. No dogs are allowed on Nature Reserves and in other places must be kept on short leads.

Lough Down, Streatley

Meet in the National Trust car park on the right hand side of the road at the top of Streatley Hill. Lough Down has sheets of Cowslips and is one of the best local sites for Meadow Saxifrage. We may also see Grizzled and Dingy Skipper butterflies. We will return via the steep footpath up across Streatley Golf Course.
